• Guest relation officer in NAS (National Aviation Service in Marsa Alam international Airport) from Dec 2017 till August 2020 .
Supporting Passengers in pre-flight editing, counter and gate allocation, queue management, excess baggage collection and post flight messaging.
Assist passengers who require additional assistance and offered a full range of our Meet & Assist, lounge and other Pearl products.
Offer access to the Codes DCS, if customers do not have a system for airport handling to passenger.
