Working Experience:

MBPL is dealing with manufacture of equipment and executed turnkey projects for Ash handling, for which the company design, develops, manufactures, markets and installs systems and products. I have joined in this Organization as an Engineer Trainee & work at various project work site and bearing various responsibilities like Installation & Commissioning of Ash Handling plant for power plant during mentioned tenure.

Currently associate with M/S Macawber Beekay Pvt. Ltd since May 2007 to till day as a Mechanical (Project) Sr.Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

Fabrication and Erection of Bottom Ash Hopper, Pipe rack, ESP Platform,

Coal Bunker, MS Silo etc.

Erection of Ash Vessel, Fluidizing Blower, Conveying air & Instrument air Compressor, Air Receiver, UnloadingSpout, Bag Filter, Fluidizing arrangement, Mimic panel, PLC Panel.

Looking after quality of work during process in all respects.

Maintaining day to day working progress report and other periodical

Data related to job.

Verifying and passingsub contractor’s bill according to work order.

Monitoring and co-coordinating job with client and management.

Material follow up & Project Billing with Client.

Selecting contractor and negotiating with them regarding rate and value.

Working Role-

Fabrication of heavy structure Buffer hoper cell with structure, Bottom ash hopper.

Erection of buffer hoppers, Collector tanks, bottom ash hoppers, D pumps, compressors, motors, vacuum pumps and HP pumps.

Pipe lying throughout ESP area to Pump house, 6000 Ton silo, 50000Ton silo & Ash pond area.

Commissioning activity of ash handling system and common system.
