As a Piping Designer my responsibilities include, layout and modeling of piping systems and equipment. Preparing piping isometrics, plans, sections and details for project deliverables. RECENT CLIENTS/PROJECTS:

XTO Energy, Rough Rider, Williston N. Dakota, U.S.A. Responsible for the Piping Layout Modeling for 75 MMscfd Compressor Station.

Northern Natural Gas, Kansas and Nebraska, U.S.A. Responsible for the Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s), Piping Modeling, Plans, Sections and Removal Drawings, Piping Isometrics and Weld Map drawings for eight total locations along NNG’s existing pipelines. Modifications include launchers, receivers, replacement of mainline plug valves with full-port ball valves and removal of pipeline drips.

Anadarko Petroleum Corp., Mentone Gas Plant 1. Responsible for the Piping Isometrics and Modeling for 200 MMSCFD Cryo Plant.

Minera San Cristobal, San Cristobal, Bolivia. Responsible for the Preliminary Piping Layout Modeling for Interim Feasibility study for 15k TPD process plant throughput.

Kennecott Copper Corp. Rio Tinto, Salt Lake City, Utah. Responsible for the Preliminary Piping Layout Modeling for order of magnitude study to previous fresh tails reflotation plant.

Maljamar Expansion Project, Aka Energy, Maljamar, New Mexico – Piping Designer working in the field, I was responsible for generating and modifying piping models to create piping isometrics for on-site contractor. I worked directly with client who directed changes that were created by PHA modifications. I generated piping and mechanical layouts for Low Pressure Inlet Scrubbers, Chilled Water System, NGL Storage Area, Dehydration and Cryogenic skids.

Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, Greater Natural Buttes Processing Plant, Vernal, Utah. - The Chapita plant is designed to process 264 MMcfd of natural gas. The scope of the project includes the design of two 5500hp induction driven reciprocating gas compressors for the natural gas processing facility. As lead piping designer I was responsible for generating equipment and piping models. Using these models to generate General Arrangements, Piping Plans/Sections and Piping Isometrics, Process Flow Diagrams & P&ID’s for the project deliverables. All piping drawings were modeled in 3D using Autocad/CadWorx.
