Managing the development of yearly and monthly Budgeting with Department Heads to understand funding requirements for the future.

Created a monthly cash-burn report for senior management to have a complete check on runway and cash management.

Creation of company financial statement report that assess key performance indicators, highlights trends and suggests strategic measures to improve these KPIs.

Part of a three-person team that created and developed the Pro Forma forecasting model in 2018. This involved working with key department heads (R&D, Quality, MFG) to understand key project expenses and created project budgets. Also, created revenue models based on 3 key markets along with senior management. Responsible for quarterly review of the Pro Forma.

Implementing efficient expense management and analyzing company spend. Comparing budgeted vs actual spend by department and suggesting methods of keeping them in line with the budget.

Researching, analyzing and suggesting money-saving opportunities for the company and managing these opportunities from initiation to completion

Evaluating and analyzing strategic deals to understand whether the deal is creating value for Cresilon and its shareholders.

Researching and suggesting debt/equity options for the company.

Assisting with tasks related to the current round of financing which includes replying to all investor emails, explaining the business and investment to interested investors and assisting them with information related to current investing opportunities. Additionally, providing support to potential investors for diligence-related information.
