Cisco ISE Aug 2010 – December 2014

Worked as an architect for Cisco Identity Services policy engine, a security policy management platform that automates and enforces context-aware security access to network resources. Provided new architecture for ISE distributed systems to scale massively while securing the data. Researched and developed prototypes based on databases like Casandra, MongoDB, Oracle, MySQL for performance and clustering features.

Worked on ISE Feed Services, a Cisco “cloud” service that provided a platform for Cisco to provide various feeds to the Cisco customer products. Feed Services Admin & Partner portals are integrated with Cisco.com login using Ping Identity Federation. Have complete understanding of SAML and Identity management. Designed and developed Feed Services data analysis that included weekly trend graphs using Google charts API.

Worked on SBC’s GIS (Geographical Information Systems), Postal address validation system, Yahoo DSL, and Ameritech DSL customers migration to SBC projects.

GIS project involved adding data layers in geographical maps to help SBC dealers view proprietary information interactively on maps. This project involved development of Apache Axis SOAP webservices, Arc IMS, Arc SDE, XSLT, and XML.

Postal address validation project involved design and development of enterprise wide address validation system. This solution helped save millions of dollars every year.
