Founder – CEO Autokartz Internet Pvt Ltd March 2015 -Present Platform: Created one of its kind B2C and B2B E-Commerce platform, catering to the Indian Automotive Aftermarket Garage Economy i.e. Autokartz. … the correct garage for their needs. I also created the subsequent Apps for IOS/ Android for these web platforms. All these platforms and Apps are managed from a single State of the Art backend controller taking care of Customer leads, Orders, Data management, SKU management, Cataloguing, Shipping and Logistics, Customer Services, Booking Appointments, along with internal company processes like attendance payroll etc. This was designed, developed and implemented under my ownership.
Sourcing: Within 3 months of operations we had over 100,000 Unique SKU’s. Have created unique sourcing channels, ensuring that we always had multiple vendors for every product brand with competing discounts. Now with over 2Million running SKU’s, all orders are dispatched with 24Hrs of order receipt and we hold zero inventory. The entire process of procurement to dispatch is Just in Time. Did long term strategic deals with Castrol BP, FCA and Michelin. Operations: I lead a 7member Board of Directors, all of who are domain leaders. Established goals, strategies and standards and created one of the biggest Automotive E-Commerce companies in the country. Managed 4 Offices at various locations with a total staff strength of 70+ trained engineers.
Hiring: Developed human resource policies, procedures, training, and recruitment programs for interns and paid staff members. Have hired and trained over 200+ interns in the past 5 years
Brands: Introduced Multiple International automotive brands to the Indian Market, have also created several local brands and car care products Business Director Pal Agro Infratech Pvt Ltd 2011 – 2015 Platform: Joined the Agri based family business, was responsible for creating new business opportunities like exploring cash crop opportunities, export of agri products to middle east and Europe, creating land banks and retail assets like warehouses and cold storages. Managed a 20X revenue growth in a span of 4 years.
Business Development: Created an international customer base, by specializing in specific crops ideal for international markets. Catered to the demands of popular retail chains both domestic and international.
