1. Larsen and Toubro Hydrocarbon Engineering Ltd (2005 - Present)

Country Head UAE (July 2019 - Present)

Al Dhafra Petroleum Operations Company Limited, Abu Dhabi has awarded L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Ltd. (LTHE), the EPC works of Haliba Development Project. The Haliba Development plan consists of Full Field Development and full well stream transfer to ADCO ASAB facilities for further processing through an export pipeline of ~65km. The sustainable production from this field is envisaged to be 20000 ~ 40000 STBOPD. The facilities in this greenfield project shall be designed to operate in two modes, fully automated/unmanned and semi-automated with minimum manning, which includes Production wells, Water supply wells, Water injection system, Water disposal well, Multiport Selector Manifold, Multiphase Pumps (MPP), Flow lines, Export Pipeline (with permanent pigging facilities) from Haliba Central Gathering Facilities to ADCO ASAB CDS including all tie-ins & Overhead Line (OHL). The utility systems and associated infrastructure will be developed to support Haliba facilities. (360 MBPD). The Value of the project is USD575M.

Abu Dhabi New Oil Depot Project of Takreer (ADNOC) is consisting of Tank Farm, Pipeline, Lading facilities, office buildings and control room. The project is in last phase of commissioning, closing of punch points and handing over to ADNOC. The Value of the project is USD485M

Head Projects and Engineering- L&T Valves. We have in this period added capacity by establishing three more units at Jamnagar India, Jubail KSA and Houston USA.

Midian Gas Processing facilities – Maiden IKEPC Job – 462 MUSD Gas Processing Facilities, for the Midian Gas Fields, with a capacity to treat 75 MMSCFD of gas and 4500 BPD of Condensate, and the laying down of over 85 km of gas and condensate product pipelines

Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company’s (SATROP) in the Al Jubail Industrial City for construction of Package-5 for SKE, a USD 65 M project

EWSW-KOC Effluent Water and Sea Water Injection Facilities Construction project of KOC USD 130M. The project involves the installation of a new central injection pumping facility and modifications to three of the existing gathering centers and seawater treatment plant. When completed, both effluent water and sea water will be fed into a central injection pumping facility and injected into the wells with the objective of increasing the oil recovery capacity in the Raudhatain and Sabiriyah fields.

GC-30 – Gas Gathering Centre 30 of Kuwait Oil Company’s (KOC) of USD 1 Billion gathering center, the state-owned upstream operator and is expected to handle up to 100,000 b/d of oil, 240,000 barrels of water a day and 240 million cubic feet a day (cf/d) of associated gas.

TL-05 – A new 48" crude Transit Line (TL-5) from North Kuwait to Ahmadi of Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of USD 410M

NEGSP – The new export gas strategic pipeline and its associated facilities will run a span of approximately 145 km, 40” pipeline from North Kuwait to Ahmadi of Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) of USD 380M.

In Oman –

Construction of Oil Tanking Storage Terminal Project, For IOTEL, Sohar Oman, for all the five Phases amounting to USD 250M. It includes Tank farm, supply pipes, loading facilities, office building and control units.

Construction of VALE Steel Palletizing Plant, Sohar, Oman USD250M

EPC projects for PDO, Oman – Lekhwair Gas Field Development USD 250M, Saih Rawl Depletion Compression (SRDC) USD 308M, Yibal Depletion Compression Project (Y3DC) USD 350M, Kauther Depletion Compression (KDC) USD 375M and Saih Nihayda Depletion Compression (SNDC) USD 410M

2. MS Al Suwaidi Holding Company Ltd in kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dammam (January 2000 to August 2005)

The company is comprising of 1) SIS (Suwaidi Industrial Services) - Shut Down projects of Aramco, Construction projects of SKE/Hyundai/Daelim/Samsung in KSA for Aramco Projects and Fabrication. 2) SCC (Suwaidi camps and Catering Services) - Providing Camp facilities and Catering to other Aramco contractors operating KSA. All services are Aramco approved. 3) STC (Suwaidi Trading Company) - Supplying construction Bulk, Forgings, Pipes and Piping and other project materials to Construction contractors across Saudi Arabia. 4) SET (Al Suwaidi Equipment and Transport company) - Leasing construction equipment, cranes and heavy transport solutions to Aramco EPC/Construction contractors across Saudi Arabia - Working as General Manager and Head Engineering Division.

As a head of the department of engineering section and covering operations, maintenance, main and satellite workshops, procurement and stores directly, I was responsible for:

3. OMZEST Group (October 1995 to December 1999)

The OMZEST is one of the largest groups in Sultanate of Oman. Omzest is sole distributor of Mercedes Benz, Hyster Forklift, REEM Batteries and Quram Contractors, Reem Beverages, Areej Vegetables, OADC (Oman Agricultural Development Company) – Worked as General Manger & Head Mechanical and Construction.

The engineering department comprises of Automobile and fabrication workshop, a Beverage factory, a dairy processing factory, blow mold factory, civil construction & electrical department, air conditioning & refrigeration department and farm machinery division. As head of engineering department I am responsible for Micro and Macro planning of engineering section, Purchase and planning new equipment, disposal of old machinery and scrap, Purchase of spare parts and inventory control, Preparation of maintenance schedules, Maintenance & Repair of transport vehicles, Fleet of Freezer Trucks, trailers, Dairy Process Factory, Automatic Milking Parlor, Chillers, Boiler, Blow Mold factory, Fogging System, Cow yards, refrigerator and display fridge’s, cold room and ice bank tanks, tractors and agricultural implements, Planning and execution of civil construction work, Maintenance of all building including residential building inside the factory campus.

4. M/S. SABAS Approtech Projects, Toronto, Canada (July 1990 to September 1995)

Deputed as General Manager/ Team leader for African region based in Nigeria. In this period, I was also sent on deputation to Integrated development project of Nigerian Sugar Company, Bacita, Kawara state, Nigeria. I was in charge of the site having full administrative, financial and Technical authority at site. During my stay at Nigeria sugar company, I have received special commendation letters and increments for extra ordinary modifications and strategies to carried for smooth running of Project/fleet of machines when American and European machinery/spares were scarcely available in Nigeria due to sanctions.

5. Joined Government of India (January 1983 to June 1990)

Trainee on 17th January 1983, after successful training I was appointed as Assistant Engineer and was deputed to central workshop of CSF Suratgarh, Rajasthan and subsequently worked across India for different projects.

The Suratgarh Workshop is largest workshop in in Asia. I was given training in all section of workshop viz. Machine Shop, Engine Section, F.I. Pump Section, Heavy Earth Moving Machinery, L.M.V & H.M.V Section, Pumps Section, Fabrication and Electrical Section etc. As part of a rotation program I was periodically moved to stores, purchase, engineering and construction (Field operations). I have gained experience and rise through rank and files as a trainee, assistant engineer, assistant executive engineer, executive engineer and become in-charge of land development unit before I moved to foreign assignments for International jobs.
