Mr. Schmidtberger was in general construction for 10 years. He was a manager of large commercial plazas and home projects. In 1990 he over see some of the first ground improvement projects. He started working in ground improvement as a superintendent in 1992 and became a project manager. He has also worked in many different countries as a site manager/ superintendent encompassing all aspects of ground improvement for well over 24 years.
