I have 20 years of experience as a supervisor working for multiple production departments and facilities. This included the manufacturing and expedition of work in those area. Increased production metrics quarter over quarter to continually meet the customer’s demands. With this I learned many valuable skills including Kaizan, 5S, Kan Ban, & Training Metrics. I also have 13 years as an expeditor with strong continuous improvement focus as demonstrated through creative and practical solutions. Throughout my career I brought teams together to build Kaizan events to help optimize product movement to ensure their success and team cohesion. One of my greatest accomplishments was helping build teams and warehouses from the ground up and having them run successfully and efficiently.

EXPERIENCE Production Supervisor, PCC Structurals (Sept 2017 – Oct 2020) • Supervised 6 different departments from the beginning of the line through NDT and Heat Treat departments. • Increased all production metrics which includes variable cost, productivity, throughput, and head count 4% quarter over quarter. • Reached our sales goals for 10 consecutive quarters. • Worked to change 5S culture in the building to make the workplace a much safer and cleaner place to work. • Conducted weekly safety trainings and did departmental audits.

Manager: Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Snackco of America (Oct 2015 – Sept 2017)

• Built warehouse from ground up for shipping and receiving. • Organized the warehouse to reduce the time it takes to do an inventory from three days to two hours. • Established staging lane to ensure the correct product is on the truck before the trucks are loaded. • Conducted a full 5S operation. • Increased performance on the lines for better accuracy and efficiency. Production AMT AUTOLIV ASP Inc. (1999 –2012) • Supervised 18 material associates in the shipping and receiving departments. • Responsible for 7 production lines, 3 direct reports. • Supervised off site warehouse including staffing grounds and facility upkeep.

• Responsible for running (Total Preventative Maintenance) TPM teams, setting up all TPM carts for new service lines, and working with Maintenance personnel to insure correct P.M.’s were performed by operators. • Increased production rate 50% in one year. Started at 4:12 minutes per box finished at 2:08 minutes per box. • Created and updated Standardized Work Instructions. • Conducted monthly safety training and BBS audits, also championed 5’s workshops. • Responsible for pulling orders to supply material to the production lines, insuring inventory accuracy, and implemented cycle counting program. • Successfully completed train the trainer course. • Trained associates to the Q5 process.
