Responsibilities:

Collect soft and hard copy documents, scan, and upload documents in SAP-LMS/LDM (SAP Success Factors Learning Management System) with complete details as per the established procedures and ensure that records are captured and managed according to relevant standards and best business practices.

Receive all technical documents such as drawings, reports, and specifications to register them in the system and filing the hard copies of all documents.

Quality checking for any missing documentation and advice the initiator / line manager follow up with concerned end user and ensure availability of required documents.

Maintain controlled documentation using Nawah’s Configuration Management System including conducting day- to-day document quality checks, maintenance, version control of electronic and paper documents, and monitoring electronic folder structure to ensure alignment to the organization’s requirements.

Provide notification of updates as required to registered documents users, which may include issuing controlled hard copies and providing email notification of the update to ensure with the users and provide with the latest document versions.
