Key Accountability as follows:

Directs comprehensive accounting system, which integrates Generally Accepting Accounting Principles (GAAP), international accounting standards, Egyptian Accounting Standards, Company policies and procedures, and Egyptian regulation.

Prepares comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and the Company Controller's Report.

Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process for the Company.

Ensures the strategic and efficient management of the company financial resources through planning and tracking of available resources exercising appropriate financial control and ensuring corporate financial policies are met and reporting structures established and maintained.

Preparing the annual Master Budgets, in liaison with departments Managers, as well as the CEO for approval.

Identify cash available for investment by analyze deposits and withdrawals, forecasts revenues and expenditures to creates an investment-planning chart to maximize return consistent with risk parameters to implement investment decisions and meet cash flow requirements.

Maintains and monitors schedule of investment maturity dates; and interacts with bank representatives regarding investment activity.

Oversee the daily cash management activities to ensure that the company maintain the proper operating liquidity and meet all debt obligations.

Accounting Standards -Manage the accounting activities to ensure that daily, fortnightly, monthly and annual accounts are accurate and up-to-date in line with the accounting standards of the company.

Controls -Implement adequate controls to safeguards company assets.

Working Capital Management -Manage working capital to meet business needs efficiently to maximize returns and forecast the future needs including growth.

Financial Planning & Management -Provide direct support in the annual planning and budgeting process. Update the long term plan for the business unit and highlight long term financial indicators and issues to be addressed with the CFO and department head. Responsible for the implementation of the financial strategy & ensuring linkage to organizational plans. Implementation of bench marked financial management systems & processes as well as latest technologies available thereby developing the financial management system to global standards.

Reporting & Resolutions -Report progress on approved proposals and projects in their implementation stage to identify deviations, unforeseen obstacles and inaction/incorrect decisions in order to ensure that deviations are within acceptable limits and financial results are as per the agreed target. Address the MIS reporting requirements of HO, maintain a healthy relationship with the HO teams and provide them with sufficient information on commercial and operational issues impacting finance.

People Management -Improve and influence the department's awareness, job knowledge and expertise in the use of financial disciplines and business techniques.
