Started as a helper, worked with the sandblasters

mainly worked as a flag man . Later on moved on to a heavy duty forklift operator, did material handling unloading, loading trucks . Then worked as a welder there as very little repairs came about, used torch and fitting

Iʼm currently employed with STI, my task involves

torch cutting, calibrating the welding machines, as well as some welding . Band saws, grinder use daily. Blue print reading as well as fitting. When all the welding is done we then proceed to assembly work,

mounting motors, running pipe and installing valves etc. on the skids . We also work on repairs cutting the skids and tearing it apart .Recently got moved to help the Hydrolics (TTI) here at STI, due to work being slow

Skills Very productive, fast learner, dedicated to work . Torch cutting, fitting, stick, tig, flux core welder, grinder and band saw use experience. Mechanic work as well ass assembly. Forklift operator, and sandblaster .
