In addition to the responsibilities listed under Clinical Supervisor role, responsible for oversight of all clinic operations and services provided including*:

oHiring and training of all new staff, (including psychiatrists/psychiatric NPs, medical receptionist, RNs, outreach team, and medical technicians) in collaboration with regional Nurse Manager and Medical Director to supervise and train nursing and medical personnel.

oSupervise team of 12 therapists, ensuring quality of care and documentation, in compliance with all OMH and Article 31 rules, regulations, and standards of care

oMonitor treatment of all high-risk patients, and regularly communicate and coordinate care with outside organizations including hospitals, ACS, probation/parole, AOT, etc., as needed

oTrain new staff in use of electronic medical record (eClinicalWorks) and OMH regulations and standards of care
