• Collaborate with accounting team to support various accounting projects and activities on daily basis.

• Provide assistance to prepare financial statements according to company policies.

• Document financial transactions by entering account information.

• Perform journal entries as per established and statutory accounting standards.

• Maintain general ledger at account level.

• Process payments and invoices accurately and timely as per company procedures.

• Answer customer queries and issues in timely and accurate manner.

• Prepare, reconcile and record the payments.

• Prepare and submit expense reports to management for approval.

• Perform account reconciliations and ensure all ledgers are closed as per company law

• Coordinate monthly payroll functions for 2000+ employees

• Check and verify the invoices for the VAT as per the Saudi Arabia VAT regulation.

• Make payment for supplier in Oracle ERP Invoices entries

• Support Cost Control Department with the related data/information to support the project Invoicing process

• Develop key relationships with business stakeholders and strategic.

• Provide Supporting documentation for audits
