Job Role & Responsibilities:

Responsible for implementations, installations and monitoring of all Electrical, ELV, related works at site.

Design and prepared all Electrical, ELV related documents, estimations, material procurement, submittals and drawings as per Abu Dhabi Police (MCC) and client requirements.

Supervise Ride & Attractions cabling and coordinate with ride sub-contractors in all aspects.

Review shop drawings and assure that the installations of Electrical, ELV related work are in compliance with approved drawings, required specifications and standards.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors and involve in design /review

/implementation and installation of all Electrical & ELV functions and discipline required for the project.

Prepare as-built drawings, technical documentation, submittals for systems requisitions and performing technical evaluations, clarifying technical queries and solve engineering and other issues with client

Monitoring activities at sites, reviewing project schedule and simultaneously ensuring time/cost constraints and cash flow.

Attend site meetings regularly and liaising with consultants, supervisory staff on daily basis for the site communication with the consultant and subcontractors.

Periodically Inspect the tasks of subordinates to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with plan specification.

Keep records and related data of site progress in order to maintain regular/timely update to Project Manager. Reporting discrepancies and problems directly to project manager. Site verification of installations as per approved shop drawings and any changes made as per VOs and RFIs

Received and sorted incoming communications and send E-mails related to work coordination.

Administering installation/testing /commissioning activities carried by team and subcontractors & inspections activities (IR) and ensure integrity of the system prior to handling over to the Consultant.

Assure completion of projects complying with established quality standards (QA/QC).
