Present role and responsibilities :As A Section head maintenance at Grasim industries bharuch(8YEARS) Power Plant 3*32MW and 4*175 TPH Boiler and 220TPH CHP

1)Grasim Industries Ltd, Bharuch. (AUG, 2012 to till date)

Designation: DM Mechanical maintenance

Erection & commissioning activities of 3X32 MW power plant which includes 4 Nos. Thermax make 175 TPH CFBC boilers, 3 Nos. condensing process extraction turbines, ESP and 200 TPH coal handling plant.

During project

ØBoiler erection & commissioning.

ØTurbine and auxiliaries commissioning.

ØCoal handling plant erection and commissioning.

ØDM plant erection and commissioning.

During running plant

Maintenance of CFBC boilers and associated auxiliaries like fans, feeders, pressure parts etc.

Maintenance of compressed air system, cooling tower.

DM plant (150 Cu. M/Hr. X2) and ETP maintenance.

Maintenance of turbine auxiliaries like lube oil system, cooling water system, boiler feed water pumps, screw compressors etc.

Maintenance of counter flow induced draught cooling towers and cooling tower fans.

Maintenance of heat exchangers like surface condensers, deaerator, LP and HP heaters etc.

Maintenanceof coal cusher,screen,staker,reclaimer,conveyors,vibofeeder,truck tippler etc…

ØSAP codification of critical as well as general spares.

ØPreparing technical specification & comparison of precise instruments.

ØProviding basic details for PM module for SAP.
