Established campaign strategy and structure for a three year, $20M campaign. Launched the campaign in October 2007 and closed the campaign in October 2010 securing $16M in funding and annual giving of more than $3M
Developed unique tools to promote giving to the building project including a virtual tour highlighting proposed hospital expansion images. Utilized virtual tour to stimulate and kick- off campaign which resulted in reducing dependence on brochures and renderings Increased annual giving totals from $100K to $1M+ each year.
