I have directed architecture and design, completed feasibility studies and secured financing for new and existing projects. I’ve been involved in large project development both nationally and internationally, including directing a
$400 million dollar new resort project in Jamaica. I have also created and managed specialized marketing and sales programs which have resulted in $100 million dollars of real estate sold in one day. I’ve also achieved consistent 20% net operating income increases on every property under my management and successfully turned around distressed properties.

As the Transaction Director, I was in charge of the Real Estate Portfolio for Verizon Telecommunications within Cushman & Wakefield's Corporate Services Division. I managed transactions for Verizon's portfolio of leased and owned commercial properties, primarily consisting of vacant land, towers, industrial, retail, flex, and office sites. I also negotiated millions of square feet in commercial real estate transactions in hundreds of separate projects, including new developments. Other responsibilities included :
