To whom it may concern

My name is Bussiwe Mngadi, I am 25 year old lady. I am currently studying for a bachelor of commerce in Business Management and expected completion is 2021. In the process of being employed, I have learnt discipline, hard work skills, know how to handle responsibility and I am sales driven. The reason I am studying further is to better myself, improve my knowledge, skills and capabilities. My interpersonal skills have allowed me to adapt in each environment and allowed me to easily get along with people.

During my spare time, I love going to the gym and work off a few calories. I hardly go to any dance classes, but I love to dance. Dancing is a simple way to express how I am feeling during that specific time. Daily, I spend my silent conversations with God. As it is important to have God in our lives, a simple prayer will always do right by a person. As a Sunday school teacher, it is my goal to inform the kids how wonderful our God is and inspire them to spread the good word in the Bible. My faith in God knowing that he loves me and always has my best interest in his keeps me going. My essential hobbies are watching the latest movies and series released. I may not be a chef, but I love cooking and love to explore different kinds of food. From time to time I love to play games, all sorts of games like board games, puzzles and cards. I’m an extrinsic motivator, as I always push myself to accomplish a specific task that needs to be completed whether it’s at work or school. I am motivated by engaging in activities and being self driven to achieve specific goals. The love and connection from my friends and family motivates me to strive even more and improve my intellect. My self esteem positively helps me accomplish a certain goal.

My family is my drive that keeps me going, as every struggle comes with an achievement to success. The drive to work hard for my family and study hard are my main keys to a successful life. After the passing of my dad, there was no one to take care of my mother and siblings, so I had to step up and make sure that they are well taken care off at the end of the day. My mission is to make sure that I save my dad’s house and have a place to call home and make sure that my siblings have a better future. “No pain, no gain” is the motto that pushes me. In the past, I sometimes struggled with self confidence but now I can boldly communicate and interact with people. My body expresses confidence and make sure that I can easily talk to people. I have the ability of a good listener and not make everything about myself but about the other person. My greatest weakness is having trouble to say no to any request given and always find myself doing more than I can handle. I sometimes get too anxious when things do not go accordingly, and I am always impatient. Because of my independence and eagerness to work quicker, I find it difficult to ask for help when I need it the most. I’m also a shy person when it comes to public speaking as my voice trembles and my body starts shaking.

I look forward to an invitation to undertake the interview process. Yours Sincerely

Busisiwe Mngadi
