Coordinate for Preparation of DPR, Feasibility report, Obtained approval from Competent authorities from Railway, District Administration clearances,Safety, Environment matters. Get prepared, detailed and Engineering- scale plan, detailed Project Plan in terms of activity level breakdown, timelines, Project Risks. Verifying from owners point of view for various contracts, required for the Project,; based on the BOQ document, quality levels, timelines, adequacy of installed capacity, as per the approved plan. Associated with Capitalization and closure of the Project.

● Handled Freight Transportation to the tune of 3 mtpa for Steel and Power Plant. Organize Sourcing of Raw Material. Plan and Carry out inbound and outbound Rail/Road Traffic.

● Handled Commercial function of Rail transportation viz Freight Tariff, Demurrage waiver, appeals, Claims settlement etc.
