Installation and Commissioning of Locomotives, Rolling stock, Rerailment equipment etc. Delivered three green field Railway siding from concept to commissioning.

3. Industrial utilities and services:- Compressor Houses, Pump Houses, Inter plant Pipelines, Raw water Treatment Plant, Utility Systems. Workshops, workshop equipment, machine tools, hydraulic press etc.

4. Intake pump house and Pipelines.

5. Industrial Buildings and structures.

6. Procurement, Project Monitoring Budgeting, Estimation and Contract Closure etc.

●Planning, Design Engineering Coordination and Liaising:- Engineering coordination for Lay out finalization, Detailed drawing approval, Liaise with Statutory authorizes to obtain approvals for Railway Siding. Coordinate for Preparation of DPR, Feasibility report, Obtained approval from Competent authorities from Railway, District Administration clearances,Safety, Environment matters. Get prepared, detailed and Engineering- scale plan, detailed Project Plan in terms of activity level breakdown, timelines, Project Risks. Verifying from owners point of view for various contracts, required for the Project,; based on the BOQ document, quality levels, timelines, adequacy of installed capacity, as per the approved plan. Associated with Capitalization and closure of the Project.

● Handled Freight Transportation to the tune of 3 mtpa for Steel and Power Plant. Organize Sourcing of Raw Material. Plan and Carry out inbound and outbound Rail/Road Traffic.

● Handled Commercial function of Rail transportation viz Freight Tariff, Demurrage waiver, appeals, Claims settlement etc.

●Well-organized with track record of controlling construction projects with a flair for adopting modern methodologies; capabilities of administering project planning functions including Onsite Project Execution, Cost/Budget Control, Change and Risk Analysis and Risk Mitigation.
