Receive Customer vehicles for service and Repair Jobs and raise repair orders on Incadea

Carry out inspection and arrange test drive with customers if vehicle require, and find out the technical complaints that the vehicle have.

Provide service estimate and detailed explanation of jobs to be carried out on vehicle. Provide detailed justification for additional repairs with cost estimate and obtain approval from customers.

Give the vehicle for repair/service and regularly follow up with Supervisor and Technicians for the work status and update that to customers. Take approval from customers if any additional works found.

Raising warranty approvals and following up with warranty incharge.

Inform the exact delivery time and final bill amount, before that make sure the vehicle is perfectly alright after the work by making a Self Final inspection.
