Job Responsibilities

( Main Responsibility :

Operation and Maintenance of Utilities such as Boilers, screwAir compressors, Chilling plant, Cooling Towers and AHU, screw Chillers, etc.

Operation and maintenance of HVAC system and support equipment.

Preventive maintenance of HVAC system and electrical equipment, PLC,and automation system at plant .

Operation of BMS system fully intergraded system with backnet logic.

Follow with safety permit system a ensuring compliance of the implementation of safety permit work system carried out at service area.

Supporting calibration and validation document and activity, and knowledge of QMS document like incident,CAPA, Engineering compliance for quality management system .

Support major and minor project at plant, to impart the training to concern person and related to sop, new machinery and equipment, to participate activity of commissioning and decommissioning and shifting of machinery or equipment of plant area,

Initiation /review of change control, deviation, incident, CAPA reports and other QMS related activity and calibration in quality management system. Responsible for preparation of qualification protocol, qualification of equipment,HVAC system,SOP .

Submitted all material required for project design .

Procurement of material and maintain critical spare part list with SAP.

Provide the compliance of quality supporting document .

Lead auditor of USFDA and internal audit system of company.

Working in Energy management and energy conservation for plant and utility area, as per ISO standard (50001) significant energy management .
