WORK DESCRIPTION:

To Know the process and inspect the incoming,PTCED,Liquid painting& Powder coating parts

To Check Dry film Thickness and Roughness average of all line parts.

To verify viscosity, electrical resistance of incoming paints and to validate incoming stickers

To check Solid content (NVM), Specific gravity of incoming paint and application paint

To verify Effective metal temperature (EMT) of PTCED, Liquid painting, Powder coating line parts

Weekly once, Need to Check Liquid painting Booth parameters like Humidity, temperature, Air velocity, Lux value

To check the gloss value, Color value, Adhesion test, Hot water test, UV test, salt spray test

(SST).

To know about 7qc Tools.

Portable Spot Weld operator and Kaizan improver.

Knowing the basics about the projection welding and also about weld Quality.

To do acid alkali test, bend test, impact test for incoming paint panels

To maintain process demerit audit on daily basis

To create a power point presentation for above all activities

To maintain Google drive documents.
