My work assignment is as technical lead for a New Jersey based drug development Company named Covance INC. This is a Finance upgrade project from PeopleSoft 9.1 to 9.2. with a team size of ten including functional and technical consultant. Along with upgrade, customer wants to remove unnecessary customizations from the system and document all business-critical customizations needed for the organization. To summarize a huge number of delivered bugs will be applied in the system which will reduce nearly 30% of Covance customizations.
The highlighted points explain my activities in the project: -
Identified and documented high level milestones, resource plan based on milestone deliverables, risk analysis matrix.
Developed and obtained sign off on the high level and detailed level project plan document.

My work assignment is as a HCM technical lead consultant for a Virginia based credit union Company named Pentagon Federal Credit Union – PenFed. This is an upgrade project with a team size of six including functional and technical consultant. The client is carrying out a PUM image upgrade from PUM image 7 to image 31 with People Tools 8.57.07. Along with upgrade, customer wants to remove unnecessary customizations from the system and document all business-critical customizations needed for the organization. To summarize more than 12000 Oracle delivered bugs will be applied in the system, which will help to reduce nearly 40% of PenFed customizations.
