SANITATION TEAM LEADER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES .
.Assisting the sanitation supervisor on making duty working schedule and job allocation, daily and monthly monitoring checklist for all types of equipment and cleanness, monthly deep cleaning calendar for all food outlets in and outside the airport, the monthly inventory of outlets chinaware, silverware, kitchen utensils, glassware.hollowware and bar equipment and accessories.
Must work closely with the Safety Manager & Corporate Regulatory Compliance manager to assure that all safety protocols are adhered to when executing sanitation and pest control programs
Work closely with operations team leaders in order to ensure that corrective and preventive actions as related to sanitation and food safety are being implemented and maintained.
Responsible for training all sanitation associates on proper cleaning practices.
Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of all cleaning products.
STEWARDING SUPERVISOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Responsible to ensure the highest possible cleanliness and
standards in all food processing facilities as far as safety and hygiene is a concern.
Assisting Assistant stewarding manager on making duty roaster and job allocation.
Ensure that all stewarding employees follow safety instructions whilst cleaning machinery.
Conduct regular checking in all areas to ensure that service and kitchen operating equipment are properly cleaned.
Control and document all outgoing equipment and ensure the proper receiving upon return.
Supervise the consumption of all stewarding chemicals on a daily basis.
Proactively motivate, coach and monitor performance of section Stewards, providing timely Feedback and on-the-job training and tips to enhance their efficiency and service level
STORE KEEPER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Ordering of store items and receiving of requisition orders from the various department heads, to prepare them for issuing and finally to issue them to the respective departments.
To keep a tight control on stock movements and to have all items inventoried and issued correctly at all times.
To clean according to schedule and as necessity arises, all heavy duty equipment, including inside refrigerators, ventilation filters.
Informing the Provision Master, Material department or Hotel Cost Controller of any expired/spoiled items or any other kind of stock damages.
To perform all duties assigned efficiently, technically correct, follow the company policies, rules and regulations, requests of Superiors, adhere to procedures of the training manual achieve a high standard leading to total guest satisfaction.
