On-time completion of induction, joining formalities like floor introduction, facility tour, biometric, welcome aboard mail including sharing Offer letter, Appointment letter, Emp codes, Mediclaim cards, ID cards, opening salary account and initiating Background check verification of the employee.
Preparing job description, KRAs and KPI’s.
HRMS Enrollment for new joiners & deactivation for resigned.
Ensuring up to date updates of employee information in HRMS and HRIS.
Creating monthly budgets for R&R and employee engagement activities.
