•In this project experience, it was a special project to learned a lot of things. familiarized leadership skill and good coordination's with project teams to handed over the works on time.

•In this project experience, I got a chance terminate design proposal for swimming pool refurbishment works recommended by specialize consultant and contractor .They failed to submit the new proposal based on the given omissions/defective reports.

•Medicates to achieve all task was tough,but it completed on time within the limit of our PMC resources. Dubai South – The Town homes and parcels Sellect group –Pacific, Al Marjan Island

•.Attended all kind of inspections on time with the limited PMC resources.

•Completed all inspection by manual drafts. where no proper IT resources provided by the contractor.

•Faced Sharjah based contractors and limited resources provided to achieve all tasks.
