WORK HISTORY:

Smyrna Truck and Cargo: Plant Manager 2/2019-Present

Responsible for daily operation, production and planning of the Smyrna location at a level of $3 million dollars a month. Increased productivity on average of 40% while only increasing labor cost by 13% all while maintaining a less than 5% QC failure rating. Implemented welding training in conjunction with AirGas to improve welder knowledge and increase welder productivity. Set multiple company records for production numbers. Implemented safety programs.
