Period – June 2018 till date

Currently working with OCTANE CAR RENTAL LLP(have other 3 companies) is a car rental Partnership Firm, which provides services of cabs to big sector companies like Dyson Technology India Pvt. Ltd., PNB Housing Pvt. Ltd. and etc. I’m working here from June, 2018 and responsible for complete day to day accounting month closing and GST etc.

I worked with CITY LUBRICANTS (Authorized distributor of Valvoline Cummins Pvt. Ltd.) is a Proprietorship firm, which deals in Lubricating oil like Engine Oil, Greece, Bike oil and Scooter oil etc. During that period of 1 year, I gained exposure in the accounting fields.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain complete accounting as accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledgers in fully integrated accounting system TALLY ERP9.

Filling of Goods and Service Tax Return (GSTR-1, GSTR 3B).

Preparation of GSTR-2A reconciliation statement.

Preparation all types of reconciliation for bank, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inter-company ledger

Payment follows up with customers.

Preparing MIS for management purpose like List of Debtors and Creditors.

Finalization of Balance sheet and assist in filling of Income Tax Returns of firm and individual person.

Working on TDS as deducted by client companies at 2% (For Firm) or 1% (For Individual).
