Responsible for Full Life Cycle of Recruitment and recruitment process like Interviewing candidates to identify qualified candidates based on skills, domain, CTC, knowledge, education, experience, etc.

Handling End to End Recruitment.

Tracking daily attendance, Leave/On-duty reports, all in-ward, out-ward registers, Staff in-out register, contract housekeeping attendance and security attendance registers.

Handling the monthly payroll and assist the accounts department for making the monthly salary.

Responsible for Maintain and Update the Monthly Attendance report, Employee Master Data, Personal Files, Leave/On duty Records, Increment and Promotion details, employee CV's, Contract invoice and attendance etc.

Coordination with Head Office HR department for related to manpower such as monthly Pay bill, Monthly / weekly progress reports, special leave approval, resignation & termination approval and monthly salary allocation, etc.

Prepare monthly petty cash budget, Petty cash statement & Maintain financial files and records.

Handling all external inward and outward communications through letters and couriers.
