Engaged in the flawless commissioning & plant start-up activities of LLDPE (Linear Low Density Poly-Ethylene) Plant.

Troubleshooting of Invensys DCS and Triconex ESD during plant operation with timely response to reduce downtime.

Reactive Maintenance: Corrective & Break-down maintenance of Plant field Instrumentation, Control system.

Control system Logic change and PLC programming in Step 7 and Control Logix as per process requirement.

Hands-on experience in the maintenance, calibration, loop checking, commissioning & troubleshooting of instruments like Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level, Transmitters, Switches, Controllers, Control valves.

Engaged in the successful commissioning& start up activities of Coal gasification project.

Troubleshooting of DCS (Honeywell EKPS) and ESD (Honeywell safety builder) during plant operation with timely response to reduce downtime.

SAP Material Management (MM) for purchase requisitions, Pilog MDRM for SAP coding of the spare parts.

Coordinated with operation team and other maintenance departments during breakdown/ shutdown.
