Renee Hudson has been an employee of Iron Mountain, Inc. since December 2003. In this time, Renee has proven her strength in the area of customer service and as an administrative assistant. She has been a valuable asset to our company. Renee has great interpersonal skills, which have been demonstrated time and time again through numerous compliments from customer and upper management. Renee's flexibility and skills have been most clearly seen in the area of billing and invoicing. For the past few years, Renee has managed every aspect of the customer invoicing process for a base of over 1000 customers to include managing all required billing exceptions. Renee is a quick learner and has excellent computer and organization skills. Renee not only addressed customer issues but also every aspect of administrative functions from security and key card access to supply ordering and vendor set. In late 2008 the company began to transition to a centralized billing and administrative system which moved all such positions out of state.
