PROJECT NAME: DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF HYDRAULIC ACTUATOR

AIM : To study,design and analysis of hydraulic actuator.

DESCRIPTION:

To study the different parts in an electrohydraulic actuation system.Working Of electrohydraulic actuator.Designing of different parts of electrohydraulic actuator using catia.Analysis using ansys software.

CONCLUSION :

Previously systems used to control motion by using steel cables connected by pulleys between the controlling mechanism (such as pedals) and the controlled surface (such as rudder).

The cables were affected by expansion rates of the cables due to temperature changes.

Hydraulic systems can control motion with out worrying about the effect of temperature since it is a closed system compared to a cable system

This means better control of the plane and less lag time between the pilot’s movement to

control the plane and the response by the control surface.

PROJECT NAME: CASE STUDY OF TURBINE ENGINES

AIM :The case study of turbine engines.

DESCRIPTION :

The case study of turbine engines.List of turbine blade materials, gas turbine major components, modules and basic system.Primary modules in gas turbines.Gas turbine systems and working of gas turbine power plants.Advantages and disadvantages of gas turbine engines.

CONCLUSION :

Understanding of the various technologies and configurations of gas turbine utilize in power generation.

Provision of a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of gas turbine ans associated systems.

Provison of basic skills and knowledge to select,install commission and maintain gas turbines.
