My role was equally split between the management of launching new space in NYC and creating processes around client lifecycle post sale, team communication, and execution. Startup grew from 40 to 400 employees and value increased from $50MM to $1B in a 2 year span.
● Partnered with the business operations manager to investigate operational issues, lost revenue, and ine cient bottlenecks. Presented ndings directly to the GM to highlight problem areas, solutions, and next steps including role descriptions, team KPIs, SaaS platform selection, and reporting.
● Managed a portfolio of 300,000 SF & $24MM in projects including Microsoft, Starbucks, AMC and other organizations in corporate, nonpro t and tech.
