I have over twenty years of working with programming, documentation, reporting, behavior management and follow up care. I have training in counseling, person centered planning, programming, community, Registered Behavior Technicition training and work situations for training and follow up and social assessments. I have been a delegated nurse for over ten years and am trained in medical services with developmental disabilities. I have extensive work experience working with persons with behavioral issues as well as training in follow up care from Occupational and Physical therapy program. I worked with transitioning clients with challenges into the community and on various jobs or integration activities. I have a great deal of experience working with combative persons, children to senior citizens. I also have extensive experience with persons with physical impairments, families and governing agencies. I am comfortable in unusual or stressful situations and can document and report accordingly. I am as easy in-home care as I am in the office of professional’s. DATES FROM 1988 TO 2005 HAMILTON COUNTY AND BUTLER COUNTY BOARD OF DD I worked as a Habilitation specialist working with a variety of persons from school age to Senior Citizens. I was a delegated nurse and ran the nursing department when the nurse was out. I worked with a small group at one time that enabled and empowered persons with DD to have training to access the community for personal goals. I attended program meetings, family meeting, lead person centered planning meetings and much more….. DATES FROM 2006 to 2015 FORTIS COLLEGE CINCINNATI AND CENTERVILLE CAMPUS Sociology instructor for local college programs. Taught students about Sociology and filled in for Psychology programming. 2016 to 2019 POSITIVE SOLUTIONS BEHAVIOR GROUP 2 Work one to one with Autistic children and contriving programs to assist children learn new behavior’s and new skills to cope with the world. We use Applied Behavior Analysis methods as a tool kit to help children to learn new skills to better cope with the world they live in. I was injured on my home property and took a few years to recuperate from damage of shoulder and nerve damage.
