Handling Queries /Request /Complaints from Initial stage till the claim settlement.
Increase business retention as much as 100%, so that it produces better returns on our efforts and Goodwill to the company
Handling Issues related to Pre Auth / Cashless / Reimbursement claims.
Coordinate with all department for relevant /specific issues related to claim settlement.
Maintain follow up with Insurance Companies for Insurance Polices, Terms and conditions, Coverage data, Buffer Utilization, Approval for Special Cases etc. For Cashless and Reimbursement claims.
Attending Cashless and Reimbursement claims queries through Email, Call form employees.
Weekly basis review the pending claims and coordinate with Employees for further Requirements.
