Job Role • Preparing 3D models and making layout drawings for cure piping, hydraulic piping and other piping modules of the tire curing press by reading the schematic (P&I Drawings)
• Applying GD&T.
• Preparing weldments for piping modules
• Making manufacturing drawing for the piping Header, piping module stand, accumulator, tubing tray, etc. Based on ASME standards. General arrangement drawings for the pneumatic panel.
• Preparing isometric drawings for the piping model byusing explode functionality in creo.
• Preparation and releasing of BOM for overall piping and pneumatics of the tire curing press and to make change whenever it is required
