Organization : Worley – Exxon Chemical Expansion Project, Bay town, Texas.

Duration : (April 2020 - till date)

My responsibilities include:

Duration : 3.10 Years (October 2015 - July 2019)

Responsibilities Handled:

-Hands-on experience in projects, operational processes and reliability overall company rotating machineries.

-Establish and reinforce maintenance and safety procedures, service schedules, and facilities maintenance procedures to maintain machines and equipment

-Hands-on experience in heavy rotating equipment maintenance and hydraulics in a Hydro carbon Steel Pipe Manufacturing steel Mill.

Project Engineer

Organization : Optimums technologies Pvt ltd. – Kerala, India.

Duration : 1.09 Years (June 2013 - February 2015)

Responsibilities Handled:

-Roof top Solar Panel/Grid installation, which includes Preparation Preliminary Structural Design Drawings and details co–ordinate with client and get approved from concerned client according to Rules and specs.

- Prepare procedure for installation of equipments and get approvals.

-Responsible for site daily progress reporting to project manager and inspection of the entire as according to the drawings & Material Take off ( MTO).

Rolling Mill Renovation: Worked on a $500 Million project. The project divided into 3 phases,

Phase #1 and Phase #2 is the upgradation of existing equipment. The project was developed around the quality issues of the rolled plates. Prepared giant chart and schedule the work and resources for the project. Prepared standard operation procedure for the installation and maintenance for the new equipment.
