Key Deliverables

Operation and Maintenance of Utilities/Process Equipment

Accountable for supervising the Scheduled/Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Preparation of New Maintenance Plans, Up gradation of Task Lists,, Calibration of Equipment as per Schedule and ensuring 100% Compliance.

Administering Material and Manpower planning for plant operation and Electrical maintenance.

Preparation and implementation of all relevant SOP using TDS software.

Handling of Quality Incident, deviations and change controls are done by Quality Management system and same shall be done using Track wise software.

Preparation of yearly revenue budget estimate and CAPEX proposals and their allocation.

Execution of all activities related to utility and process equipment such as resource planning, material procurement, preventive maintenance and calibration scheduling, shut down related activities, co-ordination for efficient execution of activities in order to maintain reliability for whole plant as per regulatory requirements.

Providing assistance to validation and QA for Qualification, Requalification, validation of all related equipment.

Handling, renewal and tracking all AMC of all process equipment’s and utilities.

Active participation during regulatory (USFDA, WHO, MCC, MHRA, FM Global, ISO-OHSAS) and internal audits related to purified water systems and accountable for instruments available on site.

Driving Energy Saving Initiatives to optimize energy requirements. Key Energy Projects done – LLP tank automation, Building Lighting Automation, Seal Water Recirculation, RO Reject re-use etc.

Handling all the activities related to Power control and instrumentation of Utilities and operation maintenance (SCADA system, Control and Automation, OLV system, DGFT, Serialization, Dynamic Check weighers, Load cells, Servers).

Diesel generators, Transformers etc.

Led a team of Electrical and Automation and imparted training to them to achieve greater operational efficiency & enhance their skill by giving trainings basis their Competency Matrix Gaps.
