Sales and Customer Service - Interval International – July 1999 – July 2020

Interval manages exchange and affiliate programs for more than 2 million customers worldwide, with a network of exchange of about 3,500 resorts in 75 countries. I started at Interval as a travel agent, later moving to the Waiting List Department, where the agent has to contact the customer in order to redirect their vacation to meet Interval's best interest. After 10 years I accepted the challenge of being the first to open the Portuguese Exchange Department (I was ahead assisting Marriott Portuguese and others Portuguese members at previously Department ) . Every day I check the voice messages of the two countries, check the waiting list matches by the computer for both countries. I respond emails to my personal clients and we are the ones who solve the problems of Brazil and Portugal . I also help my new colleagues, training and teaching. I am a trilingual agent with excellent customer service skills, I love educating and teaching members. As I have deep knowledge of the work, rules and regulations of all properties, I serve clients from USA and around the world in English and Spanish. I deal with incoming and outgoing calls. Director of the Official Fashion Guide Magazine – In Brazil - Brazil Market – Marketing Research - I was responsible for creating new subscriptions for the magazine " Guia da Moda " and maintaining those that already existed in the South and Southeast of Brazil. My position was always to look for new routes with attractive airfares for all US travel agencies.
