Job Description

Executed Well Testing of a single well or multiple wells using Multiphase ROXAR Flow Meter and test separator and analyze parameters (GVF / Water Cut / Velocity /Flow rate/ Gas rate). Keeping records of the inventory of the Production Assets. Installation/Retrieval of BPV, calibration of hydraulic control unit. Periodic well testing of individual wells using Mobile Test Separator and Test Tank to know the individual rate of Oil & Gas and other flow parameters like water-cut, flow temperature, flow Pressure, GVF, GOR for a well.

Provide the onshore team continuous with accurate and reliable information/reports on a daily basis from well-site (Well flow, Pressure, Choke sizes, sediments, etc.). Keeping track of Fluid tubing head pressures, TRSCSSSV, DCP and SSV for different Christmas tree having different chokes for the flow lines.

Note: The only Artificial Lift being used at SEEPCO is Gas Lift (The purpose of artificial lift is to maintain a reduced BHP so that formation can give up desired reservoir fluids)

Compressed gas is introduced in a well that doesn’t have the tendency to self flow. The compressed gas affects the liquid flow in two ways: the energy of expansion pushes the oil to the surface and the gas aerates the oil so that the effective density of fluid reduces. Objective: Gain knowledge of work over jobs & Artificial Lift (Sucker Rod) Sucker Rod provides mechanical energy to lift oil from bottom to surface. A sucker rod pumping system consists of a pumping unit at surface & a plunger pump submerged in the production liquid in the well. Plunger pump consists of a working barrel & liner, standing valve, traveling valve at the bottom of plunger, which is connected to sucker rods. The efficiency of sucker rod pumping unit is usually analyzed using the information from pump dynagraph or polished rod dynamometer cards.

Radial Drilling is a technique of drilling one or more perpendicular penetrations from the main wellbore into the formation. The objective of this technique is to improve the production profile around the main wellbore & increase the drainage radius. The Project deals with drilling lateral bores of small diameter. The laterals are made in two steps: First the casing is perforated & then the lateral extension is carried out by high pressure water jetting.
