As a Site Engineer in a pipeline construction organization (SPUR INFRASTRUCTURE PVT LTD in an IOCL project (PMBPL) of approx 300km.
Supervision of mainline activity, Report preparing & signing from PMC/client, reporting & assisting to Planning & QA/QC Dept.
Plan, organize and supervise for execution of construction activities of the projects according to the schedules.
Preparation of (B.O.Q) & (B.O.M) as per drawing for supply of Equipments & Materials. Maintain material issuance requisition and material inspection reports.
Identification and Inspection of Piping and Structure material with their Specifications, Codes & Standards.
Maintain Daily, Weekly and monthly Progress Reports. Familiar for Quality Inspection Plan.
Preparation of Equipments, Steel Structure, & piping inspection reports.
Responsible for the Inspection of Sand Blasting, Painting, Wrapping and Coating of Piping shed structure and Pipe racks.
Familiar for submission of procedures and test packs to the Client for their review and approval.
Calculation of Quantity of Paint for piping Typical Line Services, and Quantity of Insulation Material, Grouting material Piping Material and Pipe Supports from Isometric Drawings.
Non-Destructive Testing (N.D.T) Radiographic Inspection, Magnetic particle Inspection.
Installation, Fabrication and Inspection of (Process Piping) carbon steel, stainless steel and galvanize piping.
Command on Isometric Drawings and prepare daily Fit up and welding inspection reports.
Knowledge of standards codes and Specifications about piping materials.
