Guide the overall direction of shows across-the-board in collaboration with our digital team to produce multi-device creative content. This included regular feedback, coaching and critique sessions to continually create better story-telling by our team at all levels.

Created and launched our weekend morning shows.

Created a station style guide and implementation of our expanded studio.

Assisted in managing the daily studio show - SEC Now.

Managed a weekly traveling staff of 80-90 and a multi-million dollar budget.

Created and developed the network’s first traveling college football show including the staff, show format; coordination with production management, digital/social production, operations, studio directing, marketing, ad sales, and security.

Designed the first SEC Film Room Show including concepts and logistics to produce weekly.

Developed the model for the SEC Championship and College Football Playoff coverage plans for the network.

Coordinating Producer of College Sports

ESPN, Bristol, CT

Assumed multiple leadership roles. Managed the weekend morning and 11pm SportsCenter shows; two of the highest-rated shows on the network. Promoted to Coordinating Producer of College Sports while overseeing College GameDay – football and basketball, College Football Live, BCS Countdown Show, Football Media Days, and the CFB National Championship and College Basketball Final Fours among other shows.

Designed a revamped version of the BCS Countdown Show resulting in higher ratings.

Reformatted College Basketball GameDay to give the show more environments for enhanced pacing and content creativity.

Conceptualized the “inside the meeting” segments on SportsCenter providing viewers with an inside view of the production meetings for NFL Countdown.

Identified and promoted future leaders while managing the Associate Producer promotions’ group.
