Resolves the queries via Email and Calls.

Providing login access to the vendors and assisting them on login issues.

Uploading the videos and images to the website after the final review.

Ensure that images and videos met the standards.

Handling all vendors enquires and backend operations.

Cross check and uploading the short description, bullets, marketing copy to the site.

Tagging the keywords to the products.

Update retail and cost for the product in site.
