Study of Isometric drawing.

Inspection of pipe fit up alignment & visual inspection.

Prepare daily inspection reports.

Material inspection.

Material storage & material handling.

Preparation of joint & fit-up inspection summary.

Requesting Material as per Isometric Drawing.

Maintaining piping reports and record tracking.

After completion of testing, flushing of pipe lines to ensure inside cleanliness.

Witness of Hydro test, Pneumatic test.

Prepare of QC report.

Material receiving and inspection.

Surveillance of edge preparation as per WPS.

Piping re-instatement after hydro testing.

Conducting piping internal cleanliness procedure.

Pipe fitting (butt weld end, threaded and socket fitting, flanges) inspection.

Inspection fabricated spool dimension & alignments.

Inspection of elevation and alignment of spool.

Piping flange joint inspection.

Generating Isomeric Drawings using Spoolgen.

Preparing Spools and MTO Using Spoolgen Software.

Checking the MTO and Material Spec in the Spool drawing. with respect to Material inspection. Engineering Drawing

Checking isometric drawing as per GA drawing and P&ID.
