Along with a Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management and more than twenty years of experience in the Shipping and International Logistics Industry, as you will note from my enclose resume, over the last four years I have been working as a Senior Supply Chain Consultant in Panama city, where I deliver two large Logistics & Supply Chain Projects and I also participate in more than ten Strategic Planning Projects in diverse industries such as, Pharmaceutical, Retail, FMCG, Automotive and Construction. With regards to the logistics and supply chain projects that I recently deliver in Panama, the menu of solutions includes: Economical Feasibility of the Project (ROI & GMROI), design and redesign of the Distribution Centers, moving and centralization of five operations under one roof, design a climatized pharmaceutical warehouse in accordance with local and international regulations, implementation of last generation (JDA and Infor) Warehouse Management Systems, analysis of TMS, analysis of LMS, implementation of Operation Score Card. Based on the Strategic planning and Corporate BSC, both projects are Omnichannel ready, so they can start with e-commerce at any time. My role in the largest project, included the figure of 4PL and Project Manager, so for almost three years, I was in charge of the day to day operation of the distribution center, supervising a 100+ team. I develop my personal methodology to analyze logistics operations and as a complementary activity I became a Customer Experience Manager with emphasis on Logistics Blue Print through our sister firm IZO. Through my career I have shown my customers, employers and team members my ability to meet cultural and organizational objectives, I clearly understand customer needs and I find innovative solutions to any situation that arise.
