Reviewing Business case / NPR/ SMR & prepare Time plan, Budget and Resource Allocation as per the criteria of the projects.
Monitor projects from conceptual stage up to project closure to achieve QCD target.
Prepare Risk Mitigation & Contingency plan for new projects.
