Summary:

Management of aerospace engineers team on defense industry, concerning to defense system development of rocket, missiles, launchers and fire control. Project and design coordination in accordance with commercial and technical specifications established by customers and final employment users in air force, army and navy.

Coordination of multidisciplinary team in aerospace – defense development of rocket and launching systems, as well as, target acquiring and rocket firing direction. Test planning, specification and execution for development and customer in site qualification. Previously, development of computer programs for performance calculation, concerning to trajectory simulation, aerodynamic parameters, propulsion and trajectory calculation for rockets as initial activities.

Leading of engineering team to develop and implement of guidance, navigation and control of guided rockets and cruise missile, including aerodynamics and propulsion, sponsored by Brazilian Army.

Managed of Performance and Aerodynamics Department: development of guided rockets and cruise missile. Flight test specification an data analysis for Brazilian Army. Managed of Advanced Engineering Department: for design and performance studies on the preliminary conception of company products (missile and rockets systems). Elaboration of Technical Specification of products (SPECS) in conformity with technical requirements agreed with customers, and specifications for performance based on STANAG and MIL Standard SPECS.

3.4 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE ABROAD

- Stockach - GERMANY - 1982 (6 months)

Work performed at CONTRAVES Gmbh company, on the development of an operational software of a military radar system for rocket tracking, used in one of the AVIBRAS products. Supervision, as AVIBRAS representative within the supplier, of the acceptance tests and delivery military equipment.

- Paris - FRANCE - 1979 (7 months)

Training during four months at CNES - Centre National d'Estudes Spatiales - in Yvri Sur le Seine, joining the Brazilian team intended to elaborate the preliminary design of an alternative version for the Brazilian Satellites Launcher, based on a liquid fuel rocket propulsion platform.
