Roles and responsibilities:

1. Handling day to day Risk issues like taking care of assignation of resources(RAS-Resource Assignation System), Billing of the resources(BRQ-Billing Requisition System).

2. Preparing the Master Resource sheet & Capex/Opex sheet in excel on basis of dump taken from the SAP for tracking purpose.

3. Analytic ability to understand the diverse complex business issues, identifying root causes and recommending solutions.

4. Preparing Reports/Dashboards on all the operational transactions that are completed in order to capture the volume and achievement over the period of time for the Customers.
