Duties include:
Source/ headhunt new potential candidates from social media and job portals.
Managing relationship between client and company through regular meetings and damage control meetings as well as contract renewal meetings.
Managing relationship between candidate and company through monthly meetings and check-ups.
Schedule interviews for both client side and candidate side in a formal manner.
Have feedback calls with candidates after every interview to evaluate where the company can improve.
